We carry the approved references for the Iowa Business and Law exam.

Business & Law:

Scope: Tests a candidate’s knowledge of payroll taxes, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, Lien Laws and other laws or subjects the affect daily operations as contractors.

 Exam Content -Open-Book, 50 questions, multiple-choice & two-hour time limit. 70% to 75% required correct to pass (based on exam catalog number)
