Claims Procedures:

Claims for books damaged by the carrier must be made through the
carrier.

Claims for shortages or defective books can be made through our
shipping department within 15 days of shipping.

Return Policy:

For consideration of a return you must contact us at (800)
955-7277 within seven(7) days from original ship date for approval.

All approved returns must be recieved within fifteen(15) days of
original ship date.

Original sales receipt must be included, with the enclosed
return slip filled in completely.

Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping
charges incurred.

If the original purchase was made by credit card, a
credit will be issued within three(3) days after the books are recieved by our
returns department.

If the original purchase was made by check or money order, a
store credit will be issued. No refund checks will be sent.

We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.

All returns must be sent by a traceable mode of shipment.
