Tennessee Commercial Contractor (BC-B)

This license is authorized to bid on and contract for the construction, erection, alteration, repair or demolition of any building or structure for use and occupancy by the general public including residential construction with more than four units or greater than three stories in height. A license is required for jobs over $25,000.

Beginning 3/12/26 to 6/14/26 either the 2012 or the 2021 International Code may be used. As of 6/15/26 only the 2021 International Code many be used.

The references listed below were used to create the exam and are required for our seminar. These books are permitted into the exam and can be tabbed and highlighted prior to testing.
