License Requirements
To qualify for this license examination shall be two (2) years as a properly licensed journeyperson or equivalent experience and training.
Applicants must submit an application to PSI for pre-approval before testing.
The Business Law exam is also required.
All heating, cooling & sheet metal work licenses expire yearly on August 31.

The Exam
The exam is administered by PSI.
It is 40 questions, multiple choice, open-book with a 1 1/2 hour time limit. 70% is required to pass.
The Business Law exam is also required.
