C-16 Elevator Contractor assembles, installs and maintains
sheave beams, motors, sheaves, cable and wire rope, guide, cab,
counterweight, door assemblies, hydraulic systems, automatic and
manual control systems, signal systems, and all other devices,
apparatus, and equipment for the safe and efficient installation and
operation of electrical, hydraulic, and manually operated elevators,
dumb waiters, moving walks or ramps, conveyor systems, stage
lifts, escalators, and man lifts, excluding any lift or conveyor used
in constructing a building or structure.
