Michigan Residential Builders-M&A Contractors Effective June 1, 2008 New Licensing Requirements: Public Act 157 of 2007 requires individuals seeking a Residential Builder or M&A Contractor license to complete 60 hours of education courses prior to examination.

Michigan does not have reciprocity with any other state.
Currently no Continuing Education is required in Michigan.

The testing company is PSI. The exam are closed book and timed. The time limit and fees are based on the number of exams you are taking and up to 3 exams can be taken at the same time.
